Group Study Room / Individual Study Room Service
Maejo University Library has study rooms available to service its library users with facilities and safety such as a wireless network, air conditioning, reading seats, and they are free of charge. The study rooms are classified into 2 main types: group study and individual study rooms.
Group Study Rooms
There are 8 group study rooms in the library building, 3 rooms are located on the 1st Floor and 5 more rooms are on the 3rd Floor. Each room can accommodate 1-10 persons. There is a Wi-Fi network, a whiteboard, whiteboard pens, a table, and reading seats in each room.
Individual Study Rooms
There are 11 individual study rooms located in the library building on the 2nd Floor on service. Each room is good for 1 to 2 persons and the users can use a wireless system, a table, and reading seats.

- Lecturers / Supporting Staff
- Maejo University students
The Duration for Use of the Group/Individual Study Rooms
- Any legible persons can use the group/individual study rooms for 3 hours continuously during the servicing hours.
How to Use a Group/Individual Study Room
There are a few ways that you can book a group or individual study room as follows:
- You can book a room via an online booking service at Book now!!
- Scan QR
- Contact a library officer to book a group study room at the Q & A and Searching Assistance Counter Service on the 1st Floor of the Library Building.
- Contact a library officer to book an individual study room at the Borrowing and Returning Service Counter on the 2nd Floor of the Library Building.

During a semester
- Monday – Saturday from 08.30 am. – 8.00 pm.
- Sunday from 08.30 am. – 4.30 pm.
- Closed on public holidays
During Examination Weeks
- Monday – Saturday from 08.30 am. – 10.00 pm.
- Sunday from 08.30 am. – 4.30 pm.
- Closed on public holidays
During a Semester Break
- Monday – Friday from 08.30 am. – 4:30 pm.
- Closed on Saturday and Sunday
- Closed on public holidays
